The Coronavirus  Outbreak

Classes will look a little different for the time being. Baby classes are limited to a maximum of 5 parents with the mats placed as far apart as possible (as close to 2m as we can get). Kids Yoga and Family Yoga classes are limited to a maximum of 15 total participants.

All soft furnishings such as cushions for parents and babies have been removed and we will no longer be providing towels. Please bring along a blanket or a small towel for your baby to each class.

Mats will still be provided for baby classes and will be sanitised inbetween sessions.

For Kids and Family Yoga you are encouraged to bring your own mats along to classes.

You will be provided with your own props to use for each session, which will not be shared and will be cleaned between classes and rotated. Small sensory sacks for babies are available to purchase should you wish to have the same props to use with your baby at home. 'Into to Yoga' goodie bags are available to purchase for Kids and Family Yoga

On arrival, you will be required to wash your hands with soap and water for 20 secs. There will also be hand sanitiser available to use throughout the session.

Please encourage your children to go to the toilet before their yoga session.

When entering the venue, parents will be required to wear a mask/face covering (unless you are exempt) until you are settled on your mat and then once again when you are leaving the function room and venue. Children under 11 are currently not required to wear a mask.

Where possible, your instructor will greet the children at the door of the venue for Kids Yoga. If people are arriving at the same time, please form a queue with appropriate social distancing.

Please try to avoid too much movement around the venue once you have arrived and are settled on your mat.

Where possible there is a one-way system into and out of the function room at the venue.

For Baby classes at our Tooting venue, we ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your session, to avoid too many people congregated in a smaller area. We also ask that you move downstairs as quickly as possible once the class has finished where you will be able to enjoy a hot drink, lunch and a chat should you wish to catch up within your class bubble..

Please respect social distancing where possible.

Please only bring what is necessary to the venue and upstairs into the function room (Tooting venue).

There is plenty of space at our Tooting venue to park the buggies downstairs a reasonable distance apart.

In the event of a local or national lockdown, any remaining classes will move to an online, interactive platform. Therefore, no refunds will be given.

Please do not attend the class if you, someone you live with or your baby/child are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 which include:

* a high temperature

* a new continuous cough

* a change to, or a loss of, taste or smell

Please follow the government guidelines for self-isolation.

If you are unable to attend a class, you will be sent a recorded version for that week.

By attending a class or course, you are giving your consent for us to pass on your details for the NHS Track and Trace should it be necessary.

Please note this page is a working document and will be reviewed and updated as and when government guidelines change. This page is up to date as of 27th August 2020.
